Nightscaping®-Loran
Inc:

beyond its control |

reserves the right to refuse to do business with
anyone not meeting its credit requirements |

reserves the right to determine an order to be
outside customer's normal trading area and refuse
to fill that order. |
Orders:
All orders must be in writing from authorized Nightscaping®
Distributors. Shipment on verbal orders may be delayed
until receipt of written verification. For convenience,
a FAX order will be considered a written order.
Shipping:
Nightscaping®-Loran Inc. will attempt to fill all
orders for stock items within seven (7) days. The responsibility
to inquire about shipping time rests with the customer.
Nightscaping®-Loran Inc. will not be responsible
for any consequences of delayed shipping, regardless
of the reasons for the delay.
As a courtesy to Distributors, Nightscaping®-Loran
Inc. will do rush shipping provided the order is for
stock items only. Surcharge for same-day and 2nd-day
rush shipping will apply.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders are subject to surcharges and/or other
charges. All specifications must be in writing. Any
drawings, samples etc., will be considered as part of
these specifications. All specifications sent to Nightscaping®-Loran
Inc. become the property of Nightscaping®-Loran
Inc. Any cancellation of custom order must be in writing.
Customer will be liable for labor and/or materials used
prior to receipt of written cancellation. Custom products
are not returnable.
Freight:
F.O.B. Factory, Redlands, California, U.S.A. Nightscaping®-Loran
Inc. will ship all orders freight collect on a carrier
of its choice.
Returns:
All returned merchandise must show a Returned Goods
Authorization (RGA) Number which has been issued by
the Nightscaping® Customer Service Department.
Return-to-stock merchandise will be subject to a minimum
20% restocking charge. Custom products are not returnable.
Defective merchandise must be returned to Nightscaping®-Loran
Inc. freight prepaid. Upon repair or replacement, Loran
Inc. will return merchandise freight prepaid.
Liability:
All products manufactured by Loran Inc. are covered
by general liability insurance.
Fixtures, Powercenters, and other products manufactured
by Nightscaping®-Loran Inc. are listed by one, two
or all of the following: Applied Research Laboratories
(ARL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and Underwriters
Laboratories (UL).
Nightscaping®-Loran Inc. is not responsible for
compliance with installation codes, nor is it liable
for labor, materials, or any other costs or damages
which might be incurred during the installation, replacement,
removal, use or misuse of any product offered by Nightscaping®-Loran
Inc. regardless of the condition of the product.
