Plans include a base drawing, wire runs, a product list, and transformer wiring diagrams. This service is reserved exclusively for contractors and designers, and must begin by making contact with your local rep. Ask your NightscapingŪ representative today how to get started.
Once all materials are submitted, the NightscapingŪ Design Department requires a week to compose and return a presentable design plan. Upon request, hard copies can be mailed at your convenience.

Tis The Season for Seasonal Lighting
With the holiday season quickly approaching we would like to remind you of the diverse options that come standard with our festive Nightscope. Fall, winter, and early spring are the seasons for holiday lighting and now is the time to get started on your design. Templates can be displayed on walls and ceilings, or any other flat, light surfaces. The size of the images can vary depending on the distance and angle from the surface. Get creative and impress your guests with a unique lighting design.
In addition to the following, NightscapingŪ can create custom templates created from either text or simple clip-art images that you provide. Do you have festive or playful images that would spice up adult and children parties alike? Send them to us today and we'll let you know if a template can be recreated.
Although the templates above are displayed with a white background, they will illuminate transparently onto surfaces with only the design being displayed. Project the Christmas tree and presents on a light green surface, or the heart and arrow on a light red surface, etc. Although it might be hard to find an orange surface for the pumpkin, the options are aplenty.
Winterize your Lighting System
Now that fall is here and winter is quickly approaching, it is time to thoroughly check your lighting system to avoid maintenance hassles in the middle of winter. Shoveling your driveway and walkway is enough work as it is.
Try keeping Daylight Savings Time as a bi-annual marker. Without an obvious reminder it is easy to completely forget about your lighting system altogether.
- Replace all lamps that are burnt out. If numerous lamps need to be replaced, it is best to replace all lamps at the same time
- Check for entire sections of your lighting system that may not be working
- Check your timer and photocell for proper function
- Adjust on/off timing functions to accommodate Daylight Savings Time
- Re-aim all fixtures at appropriate target
- Clean spider webs and debris off fixture lenses
- Look for exposed wiring that needs to be re-buried
- Check for corrosion in sockets and connections
- Fix unsightly wires that are hanging loosely
