Example Form Letters:
The documents below include sample letters to send to prospective clients, thank you notes, press releases and follow up mailers. All of these documents have blanks for you to fill in as a way to personalize each of them. Read each document thoroughly before sending it out to insure that all of the blanks have been filled in. Each document has a title in the upper left hand corner of the letter that corresponds to its respective file name. Be sure to remove this title before putting the document in the mail.
The letters and press releases etc... are only sample copies. Feel free to use them as they are or make any edits you feel necessary. The purpose of these documents is to give you some materials to start with and to provide you with some ideas, not to determine the content of your direct mail pieces.
