Rick has managed a direct sales force in Europe and Asia, as well as in U.S. He has outstanding communication and presentation skills; and has the ability to attract and retain top quality Sales & Customer Service teams, yielding uncommon loyalty and team spirit. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, in Redlands, California.

As you may know our old site was not up to par with the technological times and included many areas that needed improvement.  So we decided to address these issues head on and give the entire site an overhaul.  You’ll find now that the pages load faster and the site is overall easier to navigate.  For those of you that are used to the old navigation it will of course take some time to get used to where things are located now but that just goes with the new territory.

Some of the things that have been fixed or added…

• Site Navigation (Now includes more focused and dynamic drop down menus.)
• Optimized Product Pages (Product pages are now cleaner with technical information hidden in easily expandable tabs for quick access.)
• Optimized Images (Images are now smaller in file size so that they load faster.)
• Improved Image Galleries (We’ve included new and dynamic image galleries on our homepage, gallery page and here on our blog.  And you don’t need the Flash player to view them.)
• Search Function (New site search function enables you to search the site faster and more precisely.  Also allows you to see what file type is listed i.e. HTML page, PDF, etc. so there are now more surprises.)
• Blog (New blog added so that we can keep you up-to-date on new information and happenings here at Nightscaping®. Be sure to subscribe to our RSS news feed Click here.)
• Social Networking Links (You can now follow us on Twitter or via Facebook if you want to stay up-to-date on news here.)
• Hall of Fame (We’ve brought back the Hall of Fame of our Family and Friends.)
• Cross Browser Compatibility (All this means is that our new site looks and works the same across all new internet browsers such as Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+, Google Chrome, Opera and more.)

And this is just for starters.  We have more things planned for the near future that should be very exciting.
