Non-Raintite Transformers: V12-100VA, 150VA, 250VA

These transformers reduce regular 120V transfomer
household current to 12V alternating current (AC). They carry a two year limited warranty.

Electrical Characteristics:
Reduce 120V to 12V 60 cycles A.C. Grounded and shielded between primary and secondary side, 2490V Dielectric. Multi-tap primary winding. Tamper proof fustat on 12V side. Fustat (supplied): 10A for 100VA, 15A for 150VA, 25A for 250VA.

Transformer Sizing:
Add A.C. watts consumed for all lamps on the circuit. The transformer must be sized equal to or greater than the sum of all lamp wattages. The VA rating indicated on the transformer label indicates the total wattage allowed on the specific unit.

Notice: These transformers must be installed in accordance with local electrical codes. Installation by a licensed electrical contractor is highly recommended.

Fustats

Nightscaping® incorporates double element S-type fustats in our Powercenter™ systems for two reasons:

1. Reliability - Fustats operate on the integrity of the secondary circuit. If a field wiring problem occurs, the fustat will trip and prevent potential damage from occurring to the system. Fustats are tamper proof.

2. Troubleshooting - Fustats indicate the reason for failure. They provide insight into whether the problem is a result of either a direct short or system overload.
